The first National Muslim Christian Liaison Committee of Canada (NMCLC) meeting for the year 2021 was held on Thursday, January 28.

The topic for the session was ‘Protecting Mental Health During the COVID-19 Pandemic – Drawing Lessons from Our Faith Traditions’ with presentations given by Dr. Kristine Lund, the interim Principal Dean at Martin Luther University College (at Wilfrid Laurier University) and a Professor in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. and Dr. Engin Sezen, the Muslim Chaplain at MLUC and a counsellor and coordinator at Muslim Social Services Kitchener-Waterloo.
